I was told this was from an 1867 Bond but the only date I see on here is that the interest was due on June 1st, 1890.
Please note this is very small. Not a normal currency note, but would have been clipped from a larger Bond and turned in for the interest payment.
Please see 4th and 5th pictures which show the size reference to a penny. (Penny not included in the purchase).
