【Condition】
The buttons are likely buffalo horn and have some chips as shown in ①, but it gives a nice, aged look.
There are some repairs done for moth holes (or fabric snags?) as shown by the arrow.
As is common with old mohair items, there are a few areas where the fabric is slightly thinned, but it's not noticeable unless you look closely.
(Good condition for a mohair sweater of this era)
The fabric doesn't feel thin and is thick.
【Notes】
Made in California by TOSARI.
The details (especially the buttonholes, which are beautifully done) are excellent. The lack of ribbing gives a clean look, and the sleeves and hem are very carefully finished, making it great for layering. Of course, it also looks great worn as a regular cardigan!
The clean details allow it to be draped over the shoulders like a stole.
60% Mohair / 10% Nylon / 30% Wool
The mohair content is high.
The nylon blend means you don't have to worry too much about moth damage, and the fabric is durable.
The long pile creates a three-dimensional effect.
The lustrous sheen adds a touch of elegance to any outfit, even when worn simply, and it makes a great statement when layered!
I usually dislike the itchiness of wool, but this one was fine.
I'm also selling other cardigans and items that go well with grunge style!
