I bought a Maison Margiela V-neck knit sweater at a vintage clothing store and wore it twice. There's some staining like in the third picture, but it's not that noticeable. The wear and tear typical of vintage clothing actually adds to its character.
It's a thin knit, so you could wear it in the summer with a tank top underneath.
