Motley Crue is a heavy metal band from the United States. They were a representative group of the stadium rock movement in North America from the early to late 1980s.
In August 1989, they participated in the 'Moscow Music Peace Festival' held in Moscow, the capital of the Soviet Union at the time, along with Bon Jovi, Ozzy Osbourne, Skid Row, and Scorpions. In September of the same year, they released their 5th album, "Dr. Feelgood".
It sold over 7 million copies in the United States alone.
