A bold and beautifully designed pair of concho earrings by award winning Navajo silversmith, Ned Nez, whose work is sought after by both U.S. and international collectors. Nez uses heavy gauge silver in his jewelry (usually 18 or 14 gauge) and his detailed stamp work is so precise and clean. The earrings measure 1 5/8" tall by 1 5/16" at the widest. The clips function well and are secure on the ear without feeling like you're wearing vise grips. They're actually quite comfortable! Marked on the reverse "N. Nez, Sterling" with a combined weight of 17.8 grams. In very nice vintage condition, displaying age appropriate wear.
