This is a Sig Zane dress that I purchased as part of a collection several decades ago.
I bought it in Hilo, Hawaii.
The shoulder straps are adjustable in length.
You can put it on and take it off with the zipper on the back.
I wore it about once or twice for a fitting, and then stored it carefully in the closet, so I think it's in good condition.
