This is a 1970s U.S. Military OG-507 utility pants (commonly known as Baker pants).
Official name: TROUSERS, UTILITY, DURA PRESS, OG-507.
Made of DURA PRESS material (50% polyester / 50% cotton), which is wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying.
Features a classic straight silhouette with a deep rise and a gentle taper.
The front has a zipper fly, and the back has two flap pockets with buttons.
