The title page says the book includes 4 Illustrations by Arthur I. Keller, however, I could only find one illustration inside this book between pages 178 and 179.
The inside cover has the name 'Evelyn' written in pencil at the top of the page. Some of the pages have creases in them that look like they were part of the printing process. Also, there is a small tear at the bottom of one page, although the entire page is there, and there is another page with a small amount of the outside top corner missing, although it does not have any of the words removed.
The book cover and back are present and worn. There is separation along the spine in places. There is no jacket. It smells of old book.
