Vintage Octagonal Wooden Box Purse w/ Decoupage Victoian Street Scene by Artist Anton Pieck - Lucite
Super stylish octagonal wooden box purse featuring decoupage of Victorian street scene paintings by well-
known Dutch Artist Anton Pieck. C.1960s. Use as a purse, to store sewing supplies, jewelry or as a vanity case.
The handle is a shimmering caramel colored Lucite. The interior lined with avocado green felt. All hardware is
gold tone/brass color metal from the hinges, to ball clasp, to the 4 ball feet. The box is made if wood with
paper decoupage covering all outsid sides except bottom.
In good condition- there is wear to the metal. Some wear to decoupage on edges. Inside felt shows a little wear too. Overall, a solid piece that looks great.
Approximate dimensions 9-3/8" wide x 6-1/2" deep x 6-1/2" tall (add another 4-3/8" with handle).
