This book features 123 photographs of bus stops with bizarre and captivating designs, unimaginable to those in Western countries, that are still in use today in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Tajikistan, and other areas after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

In 1991, the giant socialist state, the Soviet Union, collapsed. More than 30 years have passed since then, and many of its legacies, though fading, continue to sit in their former locations. "Soviet Vehicles" is the first installment of photographer Ai Hoshino's "Former Communist Legacy Series," which captures this decadent charm.
It includes 113 photographs of cars, trains, airplanes, ships, ropeways, and other fascinating landscapes that differ from those in Western countries.
