This cute dress features elastic ruching all around the middle with a deep V neck, ruffled hem, ruffled cap sleeves and is fully lined.
Made by Sugar Lups, it's a size large. Which means it will fit a 12-14 women's.
I am a 38B bust and it was a little big in the top but slipped over my waist and hips easily.
Measures 19.5 pit-to-pit, but can stretch to twice that thanks to the elastic ruching.
Measures 15 inches at waist, side-to-side, 18.5 inches side-to-side at bottom of skirt/top of ruffled hem.
Ruffled hem Measures 10 inches long, 23 inches wide.
Shoulders measure 14 inches across.
100% polyester, lining is 100% rayon.
Garment Care: Hand wash, tumble dry liw, cool iron if needed. Do not dry clean.
