1976 Tyco 8541 Pinto Funny Car Blue/Yellow (Catch-Me)-Curve Hugger-Amazing-Runs

For your consideration is a 1976 Tyco 8541 Pinto Funny Car with a blue-and-yellow paint scheme and "Catch Me" on the sides. The body is in very nice condition all around, with rear chutes, both chrome bumpers, and blower. Lift up the front, and you'll find the original driver and unbroken chrome roll bar and rear hinge. Look a little further, and you'll see a beautiful original chrome prop rod. The body sits on a running curve-hugger chassis with new (new-old-stock) wipers and new tires. No cracks, breaks, or cuts in the body. You'll be hard-pressed to find a loose version of this 50-year-old slot car in this condition. It's been a "shelf queen" but is ready to run if you wish.

Light maintenance and cleaning have been performed on this slot car, but, as with all slot cars, performing your own maintenance before running on your track is a must.
