In good condition. A great piece of Lansing Michigan Memorabilia. This is also interesting because one of the Socialite Sponsors is Stuart Dunnings Jr. the father of Stuart Dunnings III was the Ingham County Prosecutor who was arrested and found guilty of Misconduct in Office(A Felony) and Engaging in services of prostitution. This is probably only interesting if you are from Lansing(Lansing Area) as this was a big case.
There are also all kinds of old businesses that are no longer around in this book, and impressively many that are still in business.
