Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski presents his original teleplays for the revolutionary sf series that introduced the five-year arc to television. This volume includes:"War Without End" Part Two — JMS's preferred draft—from December 14, 1995—features the original Part One/Two cliffhanger of this time travel epic which sees Ambassador Jeffrey Sinclair and Captain John Sheridan teaming up to steal Babylon 4 in the flipside to Volume 2's "Babylon Squared." "Walkabout" — Having resigned from Medlab to battle his stim addiction, Dr. Stephen Franklin goes walkabout in this January 12, 1996 script which features the lyrics to two songs Straczynski wrote for the Downbellow singer Caiylin James. "Grey 17 Is Missing" — This January 24, 1996 script finds Marcus Cole fighting for his life while Ambassador Delenn assumes a critical new role with the Rangers and Security Chief Michael Garibaldi investigates a missing part of the station. "And the Rock Cried Out, No Hiding Place" — Representatives from Earth's religions gather on Babylon 5 to supply Sheridan with intelligence from back home while G'Kar journeys to Narn, playing into Ambassador Londo Mollari's plans in this February 20, 1996 teleplay that exhibits a spectacular sequence of counterpoint. "Shadow Dancing" — Sheridan's forces confront the Shadows with a secret weapon in this February 19, 1996 script which also sets Franklin against himself in a life-and-death confrontation. "Z’ha’dum" — Season three closes with Sheridan following his long-lost wife, Anna, to the Shadow-infested planet Z'ha'dum, despite Koshs's admonition that doing so means death. The February 26, 1996 teleplay depicts the eponymous planet in detail. "The Hour of the Wolf" — This July 2, 1996 script—the first of JMS's second full season as solo writer—sees Commander Susan Ivanova, Delenn, and Lyta Alexander journeying to Z'ha'dum in search of Sheridan, "Whatever Happened to Mr. Garibaldi?" — G'Kar searches for Garibaldi while Delenn struggles to hold the alliance together in this July 15, 1996 story that takes the reader beneath the surface of Z'ha'dum. "The Summoning" — This July 29, 1996 script finds both Sheridan and Garibaldi back on the game board as the Shadow War races to its conclusion.
