The tips have small-angle notches to grip even smaller size flasks or position flasks in the cradle. These tongs make retrieving hot flasks and crucibles in casting application Flask tongs are sturdy, tips are bent to handle small size flasks and crucible dishes, while the round contour area may be used to hold the round dish and cup type dish crucibles, the bent tips can be used to handle small size flasks and light small crucible dishes. Note: Tong has a special design which provides extra spring - end of the tong.
