SciMatCo Acid and Flammables Safety Storage System are designed for the safe storage of acids or other corrosives. They can be used as stand-alone units or placed under fume hoods. Constructed of 1" thick plywood for superior strength, the cabinets include no metal components. The security hasp is polypropylene; hinges are constructed from wood. The cabinet floor is constructed with a 2" liquid-tight trough to contain spillage. A fixed position shelf accommodates both 2.5-liter and 4-liter bottles. Cabinets are finished with a blue paint for immediate identification as an acid/corrosive cabinet.
