Step 5.Install idler pulley into the top threaded hole if usingstock alt pulleys;if using overdrive pulleys,adjust using themiddle or bottom hole to achieve proper tension. Step 6.Ensure all enclosures have good grounding asthe finish on the bracket acts as an insulator
