Our nitinol round wire is produced by cold drawing through a circular die, available in short lengths or full spools. Drawn, not rolled, ensures high flexibility and ease of winding into intricate shapes. Heat treatments can set permanent shapes and modify thermal and mechanical properties. We supply black oxide and polished surface finishes, with other finishes available upon request. Nitinol round wires have extensive applications, from actuators and springs to shape-changing art. Transition temperatures vary, affecting the wire's behavior in different environments.
