Dura-Whelp Whelping Box and Weaning Pen Combo Set (X-Large)

Combination set for whelping and weaning puppies. This set contains 1 whelping box, 1 weaning pen and a half door. The whelping box includes a 1-piece set of walls, a solid floor, a full sliding door and a set of puppy rails. The walls and floor are made from 100% corrugated plastic and are designed to eliminate slots and crevices that messes could accumulate in. The puppy rails are rectangular to eliminate the risk of puppies getting stuck between them and the walls. The puppy rails are a floating design which maximizes floor space for the puppies but protect them from getting pressed between mom and the walls. The weaning pen includes a set of walls and a solid floor with a door frame designed to connect the whelping box and weaning pen together. Also included is a half door which allows the mother to move between the two boxes while still containing the puppies. Either the full door or the half door can be used in either of the door frames included in this set. Note* It is important to get the correct whelping box for your dog. It is recommended that you consult with your veterinarian to determine the appropriate height for the puppy rails and size of whelping box for your dog.
