Low carbon content to reduce carbide precipitation thus increasing the resistance to inter-granular corrosion. APPLICATIONS: Excellent for welding acid-resistant steels such as 316 and 316L. Welds with good resistance to corrosion in most inorganic and organic acids, and to pitting in chloride-bearing solutions. Kept as dry as possible. Heating and cooling should be carried out slowly.
